- FHVA includes:
- Private lessons
- Group lessons
- Musical theatre workshop sessions
- Masterclasses
- Final performance
- Students will learn one vocal solo that is competition appropriate and musical ensemble pieces.
- Students will be given practice time during the program, but are also expected to practice outside of the meeting days.
- Music is provided.
- This is a camp for middle and high school students. Students should have completed 5th grade in the 2021-22 school year.
The general schedule will be:
- Jun 5 kick-off from 4:00-5:00 at KSU..
- Lesson lengths range 40-60 minutes.
- Lessons, group lessons, group rehearsals, electives, and practice time will be scheduled as we get closer to the start.
- There will be a video recording one day of each singer singing their solo that will be reviewed by the instructor and student for learning purposes.
- Students should bring a water bottle and a healthy snack. We do not provide food.
