Box Office Hours

  • 12 noon-5:30pm, Monday - Friday
  • and 45 minutes before performance times.
  • on-line ticketing open 24 hours per day.
  • on-line ticketing closes at 3:30pm on Friday for the weekend's performances.

* Patrons using Military or Student discount tickets must be able to present a valid ID upon request.
* Military discounts apply to active duty and retired military personnel with valid ID.
** Child tickets are for Children ages 12 and younger.

Ticket Availability

Single tickets go on sale starting approximately one month prior to the first performance. If tickets are not prepaid, we will release them (if needed) 15 minutes before showtime.

Refunds

All ticket sales final. Tickets are not refundable.

Exchange Policy

All ticket exchanges are subject to a $2 per ticket exchange fee. This fee is waived for Season Ticket holders who are also current Friends of MAC. 
Exchanges must be made before the event occurs. Previously issued tickets must be returned to the box office to complete the transaction.
