A minimum rental of 4 hours per event is preferred. Rental fees include set-up and breakdown / cleaning time. Any additional hours will be billed at the normal rate. Additional hours are subject to availability and the discretion of the MAC event manager.
A $50 refundable (cleaning) deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. This deposit must be paid at the time of rental request. In the event of a cancellation less than 2 weeks before the scheduled event, the deposit will be forfeited.
Admission / Registration Percentage Fee
Groups charging admission / registration fees will be charged an additional fee:
- $1 per ticket sold (if the ticket price is less than $10 each)
- $1.50 per ticket (if the ticket price is more than $10 each)
- Or a percentage of the registration fee
A minimum rental fee may be set.
