Rental Fees

Non-Profit Group $55 $45
For-Profit Group $75 $55
Note: A minimum rental of 4 hours per event is preferred. Rental fees include set-up and breakdown / cleaning time. Any additional hours will be billed at the normal rate. Additional hours are subject to availability and the discretion of the MAC event manager.

Deposit
A $50 refundable (cleaning) deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. This deposit must be paid at the time of rental request. In the event of a cancellation less than 2 weeks before the scheduled event, the deposit will be forfeited.

Admission / Registration Percentage Fee
Groups charging admission / registration fees will be charged an additional fee:
  • $1 per ticket sold (if the ticket price is less than $10 each)
  • $1.50 per ticket (if the ticket price is more than $10 each)
  • Or a percentage of the registration fee

Note: A minimum rental fee may be set.
